9.1 Before submitting a replay for league review, both drivers involved in a race incident will exchange replays within 24 hours and review it themselves.

9.3 Complaints / Protests must be submitted within 48 hours of race conclusion.

9.5 All Complaints must include a clipped portion from the replay of your complaint in zipped format via email of both drivers replays. You must also include what rule violation you want Admin to rule on.

9.6 You must include MORL Name and car # of driver in question, Your Name and car #, Lap # of incident, and articulately state your side of the story.
