9.1 Before
submitting a replay for league review, both drivers involved in a race
incident will exchange replays within 24 hours and review it themselves.
If after 36 hours you have not received the replay from the other driver,
please send a mail to the admin to let them know. Also please include
a copy of the mail you sent the other driver.
9.2 Complaints / Protests must be submitted within 48
hours of race conclusion. You will also notify the other driver that you
are filling the complaint and ask them to also file their side of the
story to the Admin Committee. The other driver will have 24 hours to submit
his side.
9.3 All Complaints must include a clipped portion with
2 laps ahead and 1 lap after from the replay of your complaint in zipped
format via email. Please include a lap before and after the incident.
You must send in both replays. You must also send in all mails that were
sent between the parties involved.
9.4 You must include MORL Name and car # of driver in
question, Your Name and car #, Lap # of incident, and articulately state
your side of the story. Admin will toss out reviews that do not include
all info asked for.
9.5 Email all complaints to morl@morlracing.com.
9.6 All penalties will be posted on the message board
in the proper forum at least 12 hours before the next scheduled race.
All parties involved will also be notified by mail from the Series Director.
9.7 All decisions of the admin will be final.
9.8 League officials may independently ask drivers for
race clips on officially filed complaints or investigations by the Administration,
who reserve the right to investigate all race replays.
9.9 The admin members are urged to send discussion letters
to the other admin about the penalty, but must make a final vote at least
24 hours prior to the next scheduled race.
9.10 All drivers must save the full replay. Do not send
it to us unless we ask you to send it at a later time. (-5)
