2.1 The driver following first in line behind the Pace Car controls Pace / Caution speed and must maintain pace / caution speed.

2.2 Drivers will not accelerate until the Green Flag drops. (-5)

2.3 There will be no passing allowed before the Start / Finish line. This should be considered a No Pass Zone unless signaled by the driver ahead with an Auto-Chat message to pass, or to avoid an accident. (-5)

2.4 Any driver or drivers making an aggressive pass immediately following a start / restart that causes an incident will be penalized. (-15)

2.5 Smoking tires is not allowed. (-5)

2.6 No driver will pit on final lap before a restart and the race is about to go green. This can cause drivers still on the track taking the green to get a black flag. (-25)

The MORL reserves the right to make adjustments to the rules as needed to make this a better league to race in.
