Adding a server
After you install it you can laod the program
- Then Click the "Connect"
- This will bring up the connection list. It should be blank to start.
- Right Click on servers and select "add server" as shown below

- Next enter the server infomartion
- Label = MORL
- Server address =
IP:
70.44.183.221
- nickname = Your racing name
- Make sure Anonymous button is checked
- Server Password: jimmy
- You can then hit connect and you will be on the MORL teamspeak server. It will take you to the default room which is "MORL racing". To goto another room just double click on it. Some rooms require a password marked as (RP) that PW will be given out to members.
Registering for first time
When you are on the server for the first time you will be listed as "(U)". This means you are unregistered. An admin will allow you to register on the server. Once an admin tells you that you can register
- goto the "self" tab
- next select "register with server"
- Next make your username same as nickname to get on server and make a PW.
- After you enter that you should have a "(R)" next to your name.
Logging into server after your registered
The next time you log onto the server you will have to change your connect to server screen.
- Click connect then select MORL server
- Now change the ckeck box to "Registered"
- Put in your user name and PW.
- Then click "connect" and you should always have an (R) next to your name.
Voice chat button selection
You will need to go into the setup to change what button you want to use to do voice chat. You can also use voice activation but anytime you say something even background conversations it might be heard. To change this:
- Goto "Settings"
- Goto "sound input/output settings"
- Select "push to talk"
- Then click "set"
- Now push what ever key you want to talk with.
- That key should now show up next to push to talk
- You can also change your mic level if someone says its too low or high by using "Output Volume"
Turning off voice for members entering/ leaving/ or switching channels
Something that some drivers might not want to hear is "Player Joined" or "Switched channel" Especially if you are talking. To disable the teamspeak voice:
- Goto Settings
- Goto Options
- Goto Sound Notifications tab
- In here you can open up individual settings. To stop from hearing player joined select "connect & disconnect"
- Next select connected
- Then click the "Clear" button to remove the sound.
- You can do this one at a time or put a checkmark in the "Disable All Sounds" box
Sending a text message
If you want to send a text message rather then voice you can:
- Click the channels tab and select "send text message to channel" or you can right click on the channel and select to send text message
- Then type your message and hit ok and it will appear at the bottom of teamspeak.
- It will appear as *chan* or *all* depending is you selected send to channel or all.
